2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Automotive keys, remotes, or smart keys that have been programmed, cut, modified, or used.
  • Transponder keys that have been programmed or altered.
  • Electronic programming devices that have been activated, registered, or licensed to a customer.
  • Software licenses, digital products, and activation codes that have been redeemed.
  • Special-order or custom-made products.
  • Products damaged by improper use, installation, or handling.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

For verified defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrectly shipped items, KEYS4LESS will cover the approved return shipping costs.
